Another reason the hair changing makes since:
Anyone ever go to another country and see the fasion there? To fit in or just to enjoy the local customs, you change your hair, your clothes etc. Why is this still not in?
/knock knock Anet are you even reading these forums anymore? Or are you just looking at the "exploits in PvP" threads? So many changes, yet this is still not in place. Hello!?!

My Sin's 15k armor looks sweet, if only her hair matched.

I think we need more face options as well...I remake my mesmer all the time, and there is only 1 female tyrian face that does not look like a man's or is stoned...

I could never delete my ele, not after getting her through Tyria and her titles etc. But by gum she needs some help in the face department.

As I have said before, I am very strongly for a hair stylist (how about we call them a barber? People would make fewer jokes about gays). But I am just as strongly against any kind of face change.
For one thing, I think it's a bad idea to let chars use faces from campaigns other than their 'native' one. I like the fact that Tyrians have a different appearance from Canthans. I think this is a good thing, and gives the game more depth. Even without the ability to do this, it's silly to allow people to totally change their character's appearance. Why would you do that? It's silly to have ANet change all that just because you're "bored" with your char's face. I can't think of any other reason.

dude this whole chaning your body thing is rediculous... heck i wouldnt be surprised if the whole reason anet has overlooked the hairstylist is cuz you guys want all these rediculous things.... surgeon? body weight? freakin ear rings/jewelery? christ man take it one step at a time... lets just get the hair stylist for now...
the other reason they probably wont implement it is because it seems you all want to change tyrian characters to have canthan hair.... that wont happen... that is for canthans... what happens if you just own prophecies? do you get canthan hair?
really, lets not sink our own ship, or we wont come away with a thing....

My question is this: Do you have the same hairstyle that you had ten years ago? Is it the same color?
We change things about or selves all the time and if Anet came out with some new styles (ones that we couldnt choose before) then why build a new char? Sounds rather sad to spend monthes on a char only to delete because the hair sucks.
Tattoos would be ok but how would you use them? Clothes cover them, and if not I am freaking tired of the naked dancing retards in towns. IRL at any time of history these people would have been locked up at least.
Facial Jewlery would be cool and easy to do.
I liked the trial dye idea. lets you know what your 15k armor will look like before you waste the gold.

Hello? Why can't you change your hairstyle?! There are things called SCISSORS and HAIR DYE. And don't forget - there could be magical solutions, although I don't think it's possible to have permanent illusions.

Sure it's a permenant solution if the spell is powerful enough Shadowfrost remember, Illusions are Illusions but can be as real as we want them to be.
I think we should be able to accesorise with Jewelery/Bracelets/etc., and I think we should be able to change our hair color and style, and also allow all male PC's to have a Goatee if he wants.

I have been playing my monk since a month after prophecies was released and I am damn sick of how she looks (I do have 2 accounts and 7 other active chars). I will not remake or delete her ever. She has 3.5 mil EXP and a ton of titles unlocked, just wish I could change her up a bit. Please Anet, do this!!!!
